This is a plant with lovely variegated foliage and wonderful, large and fragrant white 3 inch tubular flowers on 2 foot scapes in late summer. A hybrid of H. plantaginea, the August Lily hosta, it combines better vigor with broadly ovate blue-green leaves and creamy white margins, spreading to 33 inches across. One of our favorites!

This is one of the loveliest hostas I have ever grown. The sun tolerant leaves are a bright green, and highly glossed, forming lush mounds up to three feet across. Spectacular white, trumpet shaped blooms emerge in August, and scent the garden with extravagant perfume. This is one of the most heat tolerant of hosta, great for southern climates.
